Fairy Tale Wedding Packages

Planning a destination wedding? Cedar Knoll Events makes the detailed planning process simple and rewarding with a variety of comprehensive ceremony packages at Cedar Knoll Estate. We have an onsite air strip perfect for direct private plane charters, and we’re located within minutes of Sanford International Airport.

Corporate & Social Events

Luxury Wedding – known as our day and a half wedding

Beginning on Friday afternoon at 1:00 to 5:00 (or day before wedding) you will have full use of Cedar Knoll for your rehearsal and to bring and store tables, chairs, decorations, etc. We have a 20 ft tent and table and chairs for 50 people you are welcome to use. (this is at no charge and for your convenience, we do not set them up)

  • 4 hours – set up and rehearsal the day before the wedding (1:00 to 5:00)
  • 3 hours – Day of wedding set up, linens, flowers, final touches and bride
  • 3 hours – Day of bridesmaids dressing room and groomsmen “man cave”
  • 5 hours for event including ceremony and reception (ends by 10:00 – all guests off property by 11:00)
  • Ample free parking
  • Waterfront lawn and Arbor for ceremony
  • Themed hangar with Madame Suzie’s Winery, complete with silver walls that sets off your colors’ accommodates 200 people
  • The Veranda (accommodates additional 175 seated guests or 225 dancing with a small seating arrangement This is a covered area)
  • The Glass Sipper bar.

We provide “day of Concierge” who is in charge of Cedar Knoll’s grounds and has responsibilities to attend to prior and during your event to ensure all goes smoothly. He/she is not responsible for any setting up, decorating, helping wedding party assemble, tear down etc. He/she will be available to assist with contacts for emergencies, questions, guidance, etc.


Intimate wedding up to 50 people – known as our “day and a half wedding”

Cedar Knoll is yours to enjoy for your special event beginning the day before your wedding from 1:00 to 6:00, at which time you will have full use of Cedar Knoll for your rehearsal and to bring and store tables, chairs, decorations, etc.

We offer a 20 ft red tent as well as chairs for 50 people you are welcome to use. (these chairs are red padded seats and are no charge, We do not set them up) If you have more than 50 people, you would need to rent the additional and of course I can give you vendor names. Many people who have 50 guests use these and get different chairs for the bride, groom and wedding party.

Also included:

  • Beautiful waterfront lawn and Arbor for ceremony
  • Themed hangar with Madame Suzie’s Winery, complete with silver walls that sets off your colors!
  • The Veranda This is a covered area and works perfectly in the event of rain for the ceremony or dancing and photo booth
  • The Glass Sipper bar which is a relaxing and beautifully lit up in your colors! Perfect setting to relax and sip champagne!.
  • 4 hours – set up and rehearsal the day before the wedding (1:00 to 6:00)
  • 3 hours – Day of wedding set up, linens, flowers, final touches
  • 3 hours – Day of Bride and bridesmaids suite to get ready
  • 3 hours – Day of Groom and groomsmen full bottom floor
  • 6 hours for event including ceremony and reception (ends by 10:00 – all guests vacate the property by 11:00)
  • Caterers room complete with oven for keeping food warm and a commercial ice maker
  • Ample free parking

Cedar Knoll has a staging area for the caterers use for the all ready prepared food.

Cedar Knoll does not provide any linens.

Cedar Knoll welcomes you for your 2 1/2 hour engagement photo session on property as part of both packages.

Cedar Knoll includes your 2 hour rehearsal the day before the wedding as part of Intimate package. At an additional cost, you may have your rehearsal dinner at The Knoll House using your caterer. Please inquire if interested.
